In lecture c110504, while solving the question (picture below), you kept R constant which is a constant and you also kept V constant as stated in the question. Ignoring these, you came up with P1=n1T1.Then you said P1=P2. I couldn't understand that properly. We can say P is constant as volume is constant as per Boyle's law, however for that,temperature has to be constant which is not.
