how does the answer comes because according to the order of -I effect chlorine should come last but here it is coming first and what is R group does it contain the hydrogen because the next one is in the question that is c double bond h it should be given first priority according to the -I effect and how do we know that it is first it is second for those which are not there in order of -I effect because here you said for NH2 ?
